the staffs caring nature felt very special. they make everything so wonderful. the central location allowed easy walk to waterfront. the valet parking did provide much appreciated convenience.
the restaurant closed early, leaving me to search for a dinner spot elsewhere.

I appreciated the breakfast at the restaurant. The chef prepared excellent meals, and the service was superb. the location is convenient. the rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel were pretty good too help us celebrate our anniversary.
the desk staff seemed quite confused at times.

the hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. waterfront station is about a 5-minute walk. coal harbour and gastown are also within walking distance.

the location was indeed great. it was an easy walk to many attractions.. i also appreciated that the staff stored my luggage when needed and offered umbrellas for use.
the breakfast options felt limited. i also found hair in one of the dishes one morning. the server's reaction seemed minimal upon bringing it to their attention.
